Appendix FIG. A2.

Comparative in vivo experiments: (a) Commercially available collagen membrane (CollaTape®), and (b) implantation of collagen and PCL/PLGA/β-TCP membranes on the rabbit calvarial defect. The collagen membrane results were not reported in the main manuscript due to the insufficient number of samples. However, the obvious collapse of the collagen membrane resulted in less bone regeneration compared with the PCL/PLGA and PCL/PLGA/β-TCP membranes. PCL, polycaprolactone; PLGA, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid); β-TCP, beta-tricalcium phosphate. Color images available online at www.liebertpub.com/tea
