Design of membrane for in vivo experiment: (a) designed membrane by computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing process and (b) fabricated membrane. Four wing parts with circular holes (1 mm diameter) were constructed every 90° in the circular membranes to fix the membrane with titanium screws.
