Effect of chaperone gene deletion on [PIN+] variant-dependent phenotypes. A, Rnq1-GFP was overproduced in deletion strains of interest, and the frequency of multiple Rnq1-GFP foci in foci-containing cells was calculated as a percentage of total cells. Error bars represent S.E. Student's t tests were performed to compare the frequency of multiple Rnq1-GFP foci in cells containing foci with that of their parental wild-type strain. **, p < 0.01; ***, p < 0.001.
