The hbd-biotin CKFPTKRSKKAGRH³⁵⁹ in complex with streptavidin-488 was preincubated with heparan sulfate (HS), heparin, Chondroitin sulfate A (CS-A), dermatan sulfate (DS), chondroitin sulfate C (CS-C), or keratan sulfate (KS) at different concentrations (100, 20, 4, 0.8, and 0.16 μg/ml PBS, 0.5% BSA).
