α-NF suppresses 3T3-L1 pre-adipocyte differentiation. Differentiation was initiated by adding 10mg/ml Isulin, 1mM Dexamethasone, and 0.5mM Isobutylmethylxanthine, (IDM) with presence of 10% FBS in postconfluenct 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes. A.
