α-NF inhibits the expression of adipogenic markers duiring 3T3-L1 pre-adipocyte differentiation. Two-day postconfluent 3T3-L1 preadipocytes (day 0) were treated with the indicated concentrations of α-NF for 24 and 48 hr. Cells were collected for genes expression in both mRNA and protein levels. A. qRT-PCR was performed for the mRNA expressions of adipogenic markers. B. The protein expression of adipogenic genes were evaluated by western blot.
