The solvent accessible surface of molecule A is depicted. The right panel shows the zoomed view of the interface between the two molecules. The same sidechains (Leu120 from β1, Ile175, Val178 and Asn179 from αC, Val195 and Leu197 from β4) from the two molecules participate in reciprocal interactions. These are mostly non-specific interactions, except for Asn179 sidechain, which is within hydrogen bonding distance from the backbone carbonyl oxygen (not shown) of Leu197 from the dimeric partner.
