Analysis of malvidin derivatives in Cabernet Sauvignon. Polyphenolic component compositions of the Cabernet Sauvignon total polyphenolic extract preparation were analyzed by HPLC using a binary water/acidified methanol solvent gradient system. Malvidin derivatives were detected by UV (520 nm).
