Represents intensity of burning sensation induced by intranasal administration of AITC, and cinnamaldehyde (10-3 M) in present study in comparison to burning induced by intranasal capsaicin 0.75 10-3M (Plevkova et al.,[5]). As it could be seen from the trace, TRPA1 agonists are significantly less effective when comparing to TRPV1 agonist capsaicin.
