Represents intensity of burning sensation induced by intranasal administration of AITC, and cinnamaldehyde (10-3 M) in present study in comparison to burning induced by intranasal capsaicin 0.75 10-3M (Plevkova et al.,[5]). As it could be seen from the trace, TRPA1 agonists are significantly less effective when comparing to TRPV1 agonist capsaicin. Thus we speculated that less effective trigeminal drive was not enough to modulate cough response in our set up, *p<0.05.
