Effect of C3G on glyLDL-induced intracellular superoxide in EC. PAEC were treated with vehicle (control), C3G (30 μM), glyLDL (100 μg/mL) or C3G + gLDL for 2 h. Intracellular superoxide was measured using lucigenin method.
