Stress/Rest myocardial perfusion images of a 53-year-old woman with history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia who underwent 99mTc-Sestamibi imaging to evaluate chest pain. The stress SPECT images clearly demonstrate a reversible perfusion defect in the left anterior and left circumflex artery territory (A).
