Overexpression of ATM1 in crd1Δ does not restore wild type expression of iron-uptake genes. The mRNA levels of FET3, FIT2, and FIT3 were quantified by qPCR in cells grown in SD glycerol-ethanol at 30 °C to the logarithmic phase. Values are reported as fold change in expression over WT.
