Treated or untreated groups of mice were euthanized and tumors were extracted. Tumor tissue slides were prepared with paraffin sections after fixation with formalin and then stained with H&E or anti-Ki-67. Expression of Ki-67 was visualized with a light microscope. Stained cells were counted from 5 separate areas on the slide and an average of 3 samples was calculated per group. Data are expressed as mean percent of control ± S.D.
