IM act largely within the first 48 h to stimulate the PPS14- and PC-specific IgM and IgG responses to R614. CD11b-DTR BM-chimeric mice (five mice per group) without or with DT 24 h earlier (d−1), at the same time (d0), or 24 h after (d1) immunization with R614 (2 × 10⁸ CFU/mouse) in saline.
