(B) Reciprocal co-immunoprecipitation of DDB2 and USP24. IP was performed using an anti-USP24 antibody, following by western blot (WB) using a DDB2 antibody. (C) His-tag pulldown of DDB2 precipitates USP24. His-tagged form of DDB2 was expressed in HeLa cells. Ni-NTA beads were used to pull down His-DDB2. HeLa cells without His-DDB2 expression were used as control to show specific DDB2 interaction with USP24.
