(B) Proteins prepared from H₂O₂-treated A549 cells were analyzed by Western blotting. (C) DJ-1^+/+ and DJ-1^−/− mouse cells were treated with 300 μM H₂O₂ for 0.5 h, and ChIP assays targeting the DUSP1 gene were carried out.
