DBIs inhibited the invasion of LM8G7 cells. LM8G7 cells were seeded in Boyden-chambers in triplicate and incubated for 24 h with DMEM or a medium containing 1 or 5 μM of DBIs derivatives. The cell invasion and its inhibition by DBIs were measured. The % inhibition of the invasion of LM8G7 cells by DBIs was given.
