Effect of imatinib in GSAP siRNA-treated cells. N2a cells were transfected with GSAP siRNA or a scramble siRNA control (Ctrl). 24 h post-transfection medium was replaced with medium containing 0.5% DMSO or 10 μm imatinib. 48 h post-transfection, the effect on GSAP mRNA expression (a) and Aβ generation (b) was determined.
