The transduction titer of the control FG AdV, AxEFGFP, was 83 × 107 copies/mL. The transduction titer was called the relative vector titer (rVT)12, which is about five-times lower than the conventional TCID50 titer of the pre-virus measured using 293 cells (see Methods).
