Hundred percent of relative amount of E coli means confluent growth and 0% means no E coli in the LB liquid medium. High amount of E coli means that the wound dressings have a low antibacterial effect. In contrast, low amount of E coli means that the wound dressings have a high antibacterial effect. LB indicates Luria-Bertani.
