(A) The cells were incubated with 0–80 µM of Andro for 24 or 48 h. 40 µg of the cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis in a 12% polyacrylamide gel, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane, and immunoblotted against the indicated cell-cycle regulator antibodies. Data are the quantification of the western blots of three independent experiments. (B) The change in cyclin B1 level compared with the control (0 µM) from the quantification of the western blots was plotted against the concentration of Andro at 24 and 48 h.
