A: Logarithmically growing KN99 cells in YNB were 10 fold serially diluted and 5 ul of the cell suspension was spotted onto YNB agar containing either 0.5 ug/ml of antimycin (2) or 2 mM SHAM (3) or mixture of antimycin and SHAM (4) either in the absence (A and C) or in the presence (B and D) of 1 mM H₂O₂.B: Two independent cultures of C. neoformans cells were grown in YNB. At OD₆₅₀ = 1.5, cells were collected, 10 fold serially diluted and 5 ul of the cell suspension was spotted onto solid YNB agar plates containing either 0.25 ug/ml or 0.5 ug/ml of FCCP in the presence or absence of 1 mM H₂O₂. Plates were incubated at 30°C for various days and photographed.
