Reduced F-actin contents in APS−/− B-1 cells stimulated by BCR cross-linking. Antibody-stained splenocytes or peritoneal cells were stimulated with 30 μg of F(ab′)2 goat anti-mouse IgM/ml, washed, fixed, permeabilized, stained with rhodamine-phalloidin, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
