Phylogenetic tree of the DENV-3 E gene isolated in Guangzhou between 2001 and 2010. Thirteen sequences from isolated strains and 22 reference sequences from GenBank were aligned in ClustalW. Phylogenetic trees were constructed with the maximum parsimony and maximum likelihood methods with Kimura 2-parameter corrections of multiple substitutions.
