Peak plasma concentrations (Cmax), areas under the concentration-time curve (AUC), times of peak plasma concentration (Tmax), and elimination half-lives (T1/2) of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and its metabolites 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxymethamphetamine (HMMA), and 3,4-dihydroxymethamphetamine (HHMA) in rats given a single oral dose of 20 mg/kg MDMA at two different ambient temperatures (25°C and 4°C).
