(B) Lytic activity of fractions was determined by incubation with CF-liposomes composed of phosphatidylcholine-cholesterol (1:1 ratio) for 2 h at 37°C, and CF release was detected by fluorimetry (excitation, 435 nm; emission, 538 nm).
