Tri-lineage differentiation potential of UCX® cells. Multi-lineage differentiation potential of UCX® cells were qualitatively analyzed by histological staining methods. Adipogenic differentiation was assessed with Oil Red O staining both in (A) control and (B) differentiated samples; chondrogenic differentiation with Alcian Blue staining in (C) control and (D) differentiated samples; and osteogenic differentiation with Alkaline Phosphatase staining in (E) control and (D) differentiated samples.
