Analysis of TCR BV usage by in vitro primed ESO-tetramer⁺-T_H. Conventional naïve CD4⁺ T cells from healthy donors were stimulated with peptide ESO_119-143 as in Figure 1A and Day 12 cultures were stained with DR52b/ESO tetramers and anti-CD4 and anti-BV2 mAb and analyzed by flow cytometry.
