(A) HepG2 cells were transfected with miR-148a or miR-148a plus HPIP and analyzed for MTOR mRNA expression by real-time RT-PCR and for HPIP expression by immunoblot. All values shown are mean ± SD of triplicate measurements and have been repeated 3 times with similar results (*P < 0.01).
