A total of 14 female experimental mice (RCAN1BAC-Tg1; p53flex7/flex7; Wapcre/+) and 10 matched control female mice (p53flex7/flex7; Wapcre/+) were followed for tumor formation. The BAC-Tg mice showed a shorter average survival (RCAN1BAC-Tg1; p53flex7/flex7; Wapcre/+ (T50=283 days) versus p53flex7/flex7; Wapcre/+ (T50=325 days)) but the difference was not statistically significant (p=0.07, log-rank test). Time is depicted in days after birth of the first litter.
