Programs were coded as providing specialized parenting services if parenting issues are addressed in regularly in group sessions or formal classes (3 respondents failed to provide information on how often parenting issues were addressed in group).
Bivariate analyses were conducted to assess the strength of each predictor individually; those significant at p<0.10 were entered into a simultaneous multiple logistic regression analysis to assess their relative strength.
