Area percentage of CCW network in the monolayer as a function of the excess of S-OA in the mixture of R-OA and S-OA shows typical S-shape nonlinear behaviour, which indicates that the majority rules are operative. ee is defined as ee=(N_S−N_R)/(N_S+N_R), in which N_S and N_R are the amount of S-OA and R-OA in the mixed solvents, respectively. R_CCW is the area percentage of CCW network in the assembly. Inset is a magnified curve with error bars, which reveal the s.d. of several studied samples.
