ASC-J9 inhibits cell growth in androgen-sensitive and castration-resistant PCa cells. ASC-J9, 5 μmol/L, treatment substantially inhibited cell growth in castration-resistant C4-2, C81, and CWR22Rv1 cells and androgen-sensitive LNCaP cells in the presence of 1 nmol/L DHT using the MTT assay (A) and under the 10 nmol/L DHT condition (B).
