CdCl₂ increased Bak expression through GADD 153.Transfected with scramble RNA or GADD-153 siRNA in SH-SY5Y cells were treated with CdCl₂ (25 μM) for 12 hr and then total protein was extracted and separated by SDS-PAGE. Western blot analysis was performed using anti-GADD 153 antibodies (A). SH-SY5Y cells were treated with CdCl₂ (indicate dose) for 12 hr following GADD-153 siRNA transfected.
