8-10 wk old mice were given 0.5 mg BrdU i.p. every 12 hours for 0, 2 or 4 days before sacrifice. (A) Splenic CD22+ CD93+ λ1+ transitional B cells, (B) splenic CD22+ CD21/35int CD23+ λ1+ FO B cells, or (C) axillary LN CD22+ λ1+ B cells were evaluated for BrdU incorporation by FACS. (D-F) BrdU incorporation in transitional, FO, and LN populations gated on λ1 cells. Data are pooled from 4 independent experiments, n=4-6 animals per timepoint and genotype.
