Ephrin B3 siRNA induces elongated cell morphology and decreased cell growth of U-1810 cells. U-1810 cells were treated with Dharmafect only or transfected with non-target small-interfereing RNA (siRNA) or Ephrin B3-targeted siRNA (sequence 1) for 48 h before IR (8 Gy). Silencing of Ephrin B3 was confirmed at the mRNA level (a) using RT qPCR and at protein level using western blot (b). GAPDH was used as a loading control. The experiment presented is one representative out of three independent experiments.
