Functional network of differentially expressed genes connected by their sub-functions in the immune system. Network showing enriched functions of genes involved in the immune responses: activation of immune cells, differentiation, proliferation, antigen presentation and infection-directed migrations. Genes involved in all these functions were downregulated by the RASP stressors. Each node represents a category of gene ontology of the pathways of the immune system. Node sizes are proportional to the number of genes belonging to each category according to gene ontology, and the intensity of the node indicates significance of hypergeometric test after Bonferroni correction (q⩽0.05).
