VEGF trap, but not hyperoxia treatment induces retinal inflammation. OIR mice were either kept in room air (RA) or treated with hyperoxia therapy (HT), intravitreal PBS (Veh), or VEGF trap (VEGFR1/Fc, 2 μg/eye) at P17.
