(B) Immunoprecipitation of C7orf30-FLAG and MRPL14 using anti-FLAG or anti-MRPL14–coated Protein A agarose beads, respectively. Cells were treated with the reversible cross-linker DSP before lysis and extraction. Input (IN) and eluate (E) fractions were analyzed by SDS–PAGE followed by immunoblotting with antibodies against C7orf30 and MRPL14.
