Forest plot for random-effects meta-analysis of the studies relating the tryptophan hydroxylase rs1800532 (A218C) variant to suicidal attempts, completions and overall suicidal behavior. We applied a random-effects inverse variance model to pool the odds ratios associating the TPH minor alleles with suicidal behavior.
