NEP and IDE, which are responsible for clearance of β amyloid, were measured by Western blot in WT and littermate APP23 mice in the absence or presence of thalidomide. Representative results were shown in (A) and (C), respectively. There were no significant changes in the amount of NEP (B) and IDE (D) expression between vehicle and thalidomide application (Mean ± SD, ANOVA test, p>0.05, n = 10 each group).
