Association of the combined panel with histopathologic variables. Higher expression of the combined panel was significantly associated with higher histologic grade (P=0.016) and higher tumour size (P=0.008), and weakly associated with the presence of LVI (P=0.044). The panel was also relatively increased in tumours that were positive for oestrogen receptors (P=0.016), progesterone receptors (P=0.022), and HER2 overexpression (P=0.009).
