Subfigures (a) and (b) show Λ0[D],Λ75[D], and Λ150[D] for σ = σ1 and σ = σ2, respectively. Subfigures (c) and (d) show u75,(8,2)[D],u75,(7,3)[D], and u75,(6,4)[D] for σ = σ1 and σ = σ2, respectively. The mutation rates were set to θ = (0.01, 0.02, 0.03) for all computations.
