LiFePO4 crystal size evolution during annealing at 700 °C in Ar/H2 for particles with pure LiFePO4 (◻), co-synthesized LiFePO4-ACB (○), core-shell LiFePO4-ACB (△), and core-shell LiFePO4-ACB at 800 °C (▽). The crystal size of core-shell LiFePO4-ACB (EQR = 1.02) was preserved at 700 °C whereas at 800 °C the crystal size increased. Pure and co-synthesized LiFePO4-ACB (homogeneous mixture of amorphous LiFePO4 and ACB) showed substantial crystal growth during annealing at 700 °C.
