Immunohistochemical staining of HDPSC–scaffold constructs cultured in vitro. After 6 weeks of culture in basal condition in vitro, positive immunohistochemical staining was seen for collagen type I (A, B); arrows indicate collagen-I-positive fibers/bundles running parallel to the construct surface.
