Dose-dependent effect of the survivin-targeting molecules on cell proliferation and viability. Cells were treated with DMSO vehicle control (indicated as 0 µm), S12, S2 or S10 for 48 h at the indicated concentrations. The percentage of viable cells was evaluated by MTT assay.
