B cell line infection with HIV-VLP expressing GFP. B cell lines expressing both HLA-B*27:05 and B*57:01 and an HLA-mismatched B cell line were infected with 1 ng RT of VSV-G-pseudotyped HIV-VLP expressing GFP. Infection was measured by flow cytometry 24 h postinfection. GFP expression was controlled by determining the number of uninfected cells.
