CVB3 infection affects white blood cell counts in BM and peripheral blood. C57BL/6 mice were infected i.p. with 10⁴ PFU wt CVB3. At the indicated times p.i., BM cells (A to D) and PBMC (E to H) were isolated and treated to lyse RBC. The numbers of lymphocytes (B [CD19⁺], CD4⁺ T, and CD8⁺ T) and neutrophils (Ly6G⁺/CD11b⁺) were determined by flow cytometry.
