Purpose of this study: This questionnaire is part of a project finding peoples’ preferences for medical sensing devices that you wear. The Information collected will provide a rich background that can be used to develop new medical sensing devices.

Time required: The study will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Risks: No risks are anticipated.

Confidentiality: Your data will not be connected to your name or other personal information although your IP address will be recorded. All data you provide will be strictly confidential.

Participation and withdrawal: We are looking for people aged 18 years or older. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Should you decide to withdraw by exiting the questionnaire, any responses you have submitted up to that point will be retained.
