BC polymer promotes Osteoblast mineralization. Osteoblasts were culture onto the BC polymers for 2 weeks. Cells were fixed and stained with 0.5% alizarin red. Subsequently the alizarin red stain was eluted with cetylpyridinium chloride and measured quantitatively. Panel (A) photographs show the extent of mineralization (bar = 10 μm).
